Clara Ruthardt

Clara Ruthardt works as project manager for the ‘Digitalization and the Common Good’ program at the Bertelsmann Stiftung. Her work combines a critical examination of platform power and the data economy with the use of data for shaping a socially just society. She studied political science and public administration at the University of Konstanz and RGGU Moscow and holds a master’s degree in public policy from Sciences Po Paris. Beyond her expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, she has extensive experience in policy-making and communication through her work in political consulting and her activities in the German Bundestag and at the European Commission.
